RESERVATION POLICY - 100% of the first night’s stay will be required at time of booking. The remaining balance plus tax is due upon check-in.

CANCELLATIONS- All policies apply to cancellations made for any reason including airline cancellations, weather conditions, natural disasters, illness, etc.

• More Than 30 Days: If cancelled more than 30 days before the date of arrival, guests will be refunded their first night’s deposit minus a $35 cancellation fee.

• Less Than 30 Days: If cancelled less than 30 days before the date of arrival, guests will forfeit the first night’s deposit.

• Less Than 48 Hours: If cancelled less than 48 hours before the date of arrival, guests will forfeit the entire cost of the reservation.
